Return Billionaire to Sender by Annika Martin is now live!
I may be a shy, lowly letter carrier, but when my beloved apartment building is threatened by a mysterious and reclusive billionaire, I’m willing to push the envelope. I’m going to march right up to Malcolm Blackberg’s fortress of fierceness and deliver a cease-and-desist notice he can’t refuse.
Only, no sooner do I get inside his gilded doors than things go sideways–fast. I’m mistaken for Malcolm’s court-ordered emotional IQ coach, as if I’m acting out a wacky postal carrier cosplay.
They drag me in, a sacrificial lamb for the big bad. Make that big, smolderingly sexy bad.
So I make up a lesson involving a story about our building as he glares and fumes. Can he tell that I have no idea what I’m doing?
Before I know it I’m flying around the country, up close and personality testing the most devilishly exasperating man I’ve ever met.
He’s scary for sure…but the way he sometimes looks at me turns my knees to jelly and has me writing love letters to his gorgeous eyes, his mouthwatering smile, his impressive…package.
Our coaching sessions are getting hot-hot-hot, but I can’t let my guard down. If he ever finds out I’m a first-class fake, I’ll lose everything I’ve ever loved in this world…

Noelle does a complete 180 on her personality to do battle against Malcolm Blackberg, the big bad monster who’s threatening her and her friends’ home. Normally shy, she becomes tenacious and determined, hoping he’ll see things her way. But a case of mistaken identity helps her more than she ever thought it would, but as with all secrets, it could harm their fledgling relationship when unexpected feelings take hold.
Malcolm likes his reputation as a villain. No one is more annoyed than he is that he needs emotional coaching. Yet, “Elle” captures his attention in a way that no other woman has ever done before. And he finds himself caring and feeling things he’s never felt. He’s also doing nice things… But is Elle too good to be true? Is he really less evil than he believes?
I really liked Noelle’s character. She may come off as naive, but she truly believed that she could help people.
I really enjoyed this book. I was rooting for Noelle & Malcolm so hard. The characters from 341 West 45th Street are a hilarious, sweet group that you can’t help but wish great things for.
I unreservedly recommend this fabulous rom-com.
I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.
